Many of you have been asking about these HOBO meals that I have been talking about.
Here is a base set of instructions. IN the layers by words:
Foil (Extra Layer)
Foil
Seasonings (Salt Pepper, sauces)
Or what ever vegetables you like
Green peppers/Onions/Mushrooms
Meat
Potatoes
Foil
Foil (Double layer for added protection)
That is the basic concept for making the packets. We then place them on the coals and let them cook for about 30 - 45 minutes based on how much or kind of meat that you use.
