Cub Scout Pack 162 works closely with Snow Hill Boy Scout Troop 74.  They meet at the Boy Scout Cabin on Wednesday nights.  The Troop 74 youth help out the pack in many ways.  One of these ways is the use of Den Chiefs.  A Den Chief is an older Scout that come to help the Cub Scouts learn the Skills and knowledge that they will need to continue onto Boy Scouts.

Cub Scout Pack 162 belongs to a group of traditional units that make up a District.

Out District is the Caswell District.

The Cub Scout Pack is Chartered by the American Legion Post, Shirley Hill Post #94.  They are the ones that own the building and provide us with the space that we meet in.
